Before entering two exhibit halls within the city, we were required to purchase and don these plastic orange foot covers. The published purpose is to prevent tourists from tracking in dust and whatnot but we all know it's just another excuse to suck for money. At 10,000 tourists daily, $2 footies aren't helping anyone but the People's financiers.
